A calming wander between two parishes (Reed and Barkway), with a few off-lead run around potentials for our furry friends.
Nearest town:Â Royston
Distance:Â Around 3 miles but flexible
Duration:Â Around 1 hours or flexible
A very peaceful adventure in North Hertfordshire, walking from Reed to Barkway and back. I bet its such a perfect place for having a dog and working from home long hours, where you can easily leave your nutty spaniel to have a loopy run around the fields. Though during spring on one of the paths, there are some little lambs and plenty of pheasants around, so re-call came in handy (even our touch and go re-call command ahah!)
This one is quite nice to get to driving, if going right down to the A10, and there is some quiet on road (but feels safe) parking potential by the church.
