Hello and a huge welcome to Abso Eco Lutely!

I'm Katya, currently a part-time health statistician, part-time freelance photographer, and the human to two extremely energetic cocker spaniels named Sally and Pepper.

​

Sustainable and intentional living is a huge passion of mine, and in recent years, photography has become central to sharing that passion. Whether it’s working with local businesses, capturing family occasions, events, sustainable brands, or simply sharing accessible outdoor adventures, I hope to use my camera to help spread the message of eco-friendly and conscious living.

​

I am extremely proud to have joined the Passenger Clothing Roamers Collective. Passenger is my absolute favourite sustainable clothing brand, and it’s fantastic to be part of their community.

​

Another recent highlight has been working with the Lee Valley Dog Training School in Hertfordshire, which won Broxbourne's Best Small Business Award in December 2024. Supporting their business with content creation, capturing their clients' journeys and stories, as well as building a friendship with them, has meant the world!

...And of course, finally meeting my now mentor and friend Emily Endean in 2024 and often jokingly reminding her that I am a self-nominated apprentice of her work—haha!
